Annie Olivia Boyd, 77, of Chattanooga, died Friday, May 10, 2002, at her residence.

Ms. Boyd was retired from American Manufacturing and was a member of new Emanuel Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sisters, Dorothy (Mrs. George) Terrell and Nancy (Mrs. James) Lackey, both of Chattanooga; one nephew; two great-nephews; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday in the chapel.

Burial in Forest Hills Cemetery.

The body will lie in state on Sunday after noon at the funeral home.

Moody's Lowers Erlanger's Bond Rating From A3 To Baa1

Moody's Investors Service has downgraded to Baa1 from A3 the rating assigned to Erlanger Health System's $172 million of outstanding bonds issued by the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Hospital Authority.
