Jacqueline Christine Linday, 18, of Chattanooga, died Monday, June 16, 2003, from injuries received in an automobile accident.
She was a 2003 graduate of Ooltewah High School, having graduated on her 18th birthday, and planned to attend the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga this fall. She was a member of River City Community Church.
She is survived by her mother, Tonii Isaacks Lindy of Chattanooga; her father and step-mother, Fred and Janet Lindy of San Diego, Calif.; four brothers, Derek Ryan, Michael Paschall, Jared Austin and Dylan Zachary Lindy, all of San Diego, Calif.; maternal grandmother, Genii Robinson of Coos Bay, Oregon; paternal grandmother, Eilene Lindy of Rialto, Calif.; paternal grandparents, Gale and Barbara Tenney; and paternal great-grandfather, Ferris Evans of San Diego, Calif.
Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with the Rev. James Carpenter officiating.
The family will receive friends from 4 until 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
