Maggie Melissa Lawson Muir, 39, of Chattanooga, died Tuesday, May 25, 2004.
She was a native of Brevard, N.C., but had lived in the Chattanooga area since 1970 and was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Arnold Ashe; and grandmother, Maggie Ashe; also an infant sister.
Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Richard and Jane Peacock of Tunnel Hill, Ga.; father, Bobby Ray Lawson of Maryville, Tenn.; two daughters, Heather (Steven) Bagley of Chatsworth, Ga., and Maegan Thompson of Chattanooga; brother, Richard (Brooke) Peacock of LaFayette, Ga.; and two grandchildren, Kadence Bagley and Daylon Massengile.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Donald Thompson officiating.
Burial will follow in Gordy Cemetery.
The family will begin receiving friends after 1 p.m. Thursday, all day Friday and prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
