Five Members Of Lookouts Named To East Division All-Star Team

Southern League All-Star Game To Be At BellSouth Park July 13th

Third baseman Edwin Encarnacion, first baseman Jesse Gutierrez, catcher Brian Peterson, along with pitchers Brian Rose and Todd Coffey have been selected for the East Division All-Star team.

The Southern League of Professional Baseball announced today its Eastern Division roster for the 2004 Southern League All-Star Game, to be held at BellSouth Park in Chattanooga, TN on July 13.

The All-Stars were selected by a vote of Southern League field managers, radio broadcasters, and print media.

Weather Affects Lee Baseball And Softball This Weekend, Covenant Tennis Postponed

Judge Hollingsworth Rules Littlefield Recall Effort Invalid, Cancels August Mayoral Election

Circuit Court Judge Jeff Hollingsworth on Friday afternoon ruled that the effort to recall Mayor Ron Littlefield was invalid and he canceled a planned special mayoral election in August to replace him.
