Clarity Appoints New Western Region Sales Representative

Clarity, supplier of products for the hearing loss community, has promoted Wendy Yu to the position of Western Region Sales Representative, according to Lisa DeLeuil, National Sales Manager of Clarity.

"With Wendy's successful track record as a member of Clarity's sales team, she is a natural selection for promotion to this regional position," said Ms. DeLeuil. "Her ability to analyze complex business needs and quickly identify solutions make her a valuable asset to our team."

As western region sales representative, Ms. Yu will be responsible for managing and increasing sales for the western region of the United States, maintaining business with established customers, and targeting growth with new customers. Prior to her promotion, she held the position of sales coordinator for Clarity. Previously, she served as sales analyst for Intex Company, Long Beach, CA, and as an account representative for Xerox Corp, Stamford, CT.

Ms. Yu received her Bachelor's of Arts in International Relations and Business from the University of Oregon.

Judge Hollingsworth Rules Littlefield Recall Effort Invalid, Cancels August Mayoral Election

Circuit Court Judge Jeff Hollingsworth on Friday afternoon ruled that the effort to recall Mayor Ron Littlefield was invalid and he canceled a planned special mayoral election in August to replace him.
