Stephen Guerra from Silverpop, a provider of permission-based email marketing solutions, will be speaking at the Chattanooga Advertising Federation's monthly luncheon on Aug. 16 at the Chattanoogan.

He will speak on the company’s Retail Email Marketing Study, which reviewed the registration procedures, marketing messages and opt-out practices of 175 companies, including nationally recognized names such as Crate & Barrel, Neiman Marcus, JC Penney, CompUSA and many others.

Stephen Guerra is an expert facilitator with more than five years experience in email marketing strategy. He is the former Director of Deliverability and ISP Relations for Silverpop, responsible for keeping the company in the forefront of the industry in deliverability capability. Mr. Guerra leads Silverpop’s activity in the Email Service Provider Coalition. He is a published author of white papers and articles on current email industry developments and best practices.

Mother Of Man Charged With Killing Sgt. Chapin Given Prison Sentence Of 30 Years, 6 Months

The mother of the man charged with killing Chattanooga Police Sgt.
