How can a refusal to vote on one of two candidates be in the best interest of the school board? Seems to me Commissioner Cotton has caused enough trouble on the school board.
If he is not willing to cooperate with the other members, he should be the next commissioner to be replaced.
Either do it, or get off the pot. You have spent enough time on this ridiculous voting that could have been spent making our school system better.

I see once again William "Do Nothin" Cotton is gracing the headlines. People of Hamilton County, when are you going to open your eyes and get rid of this lazy career politician once and for all?
I would be curious to know when the last time was that Cotton held a job other than being a politician. It sounds like he is up to his usual modus operandi of trying to bully people with the telephone call to Mr. Adams and then lying about it. He is so predictable.
I wonder if his next step will be to show up at Mr. Adams' doorstep, much like he did when he visited the office of the Erlanger Hospital administrator a few years ago - yet another example of Cotton's attempts of bullying people.
People should step back and look at his track record and his qualifications before they vote for this person. He has always been a thorn in the side of the commissions he has taken advantage of.

He has done some crazy things before, but this latest William Cotton
escapade really tops out. Just like Don King says..."Only in America"
could someone like Cotton get elected. What make it worse is that he's re-elected! This is less of a reflection on him than on the people that put him in office.
The problems on the County Commission are getting more than a little
ridiculous. The vacuum of leadership is enormous now. They speak through
the press on every matter, and seem to have little taste for legislating. There could be any number of reasons that Cotton is holding out, but suffice it to say that he is reglecting his oath of office for personal and or political gain.
Speaking of the vacuum of leadership, Curtis Adams said that he's never seen anything like this in his 18 years of service on the commission. He's right. The absence of leadership is obvious to the people, Chairman Henry.
Maybe something will be done about it at the polls next year. If you can't
hold your own people in line, then how can you expect anyone else to support you?
Let's get it together and move forward. Our county is looking stupid right now.
