Edna Louise Perry Goddard, 80, died Sunday, November 19, 2006, at her residence.
She loved her family, and was loved by all who knew her.
She was born in Sherwood, Tn., to the late Patrick and Minnie Pendergrass Perry, and was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Goddard; son, David Alan Goddard, brothers, Alvin and Lyman Perry; and sister, Grace Mathis.
She was a charter member of Victory Baptist Church in Rossville.
Survivors include her daughters and son-in-laws, Pat and Horace Hartline, Ann and Bill Weed, all of Rossville; sons and daughters-inlaw, Joe and Brenda Goddard, of Savannah, Ga., Mike and Patricia Goddard, of Maryville, Tenn.; 16 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and two lifelong friends, Peggy Locke and Martha Orr.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Victory Baptist Church in Rossville with Pastor Ernest Groce officiating.
Interment will follow in Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.
Family will receive friends from 5 until 9 p.m. Tuesday and prior to the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
