Website Offers Internet Marketing Quiz for Real Estate Agents

Tuesday, July 18, 2006 - by Robert T. Nash

HomeRoute, parent company of Relocate-America and Homes101, announced the launch of its new eMarketing Quiz for real estate agents.

The online quiz tests agents’ knowledge of internet marketing and their ability to effectively integrate online advertising into their marketing strategy.

Their earned score from taking the quiz offers an opportunity to promote online expertise to prospective home buyers and sellers.

Promotion of online expertise gives agents a competitive edge to win more business with internet consumers, it was stated.

Real estate agents can take the quiz by pointing their web browsers to http://www.homeroute.com/marketing%2Dquiz/ on the Internet.

“The eMarketing Quiz is a fun way for real estate agents to get an understanding of their strengths and weaknesses when it comes to the standard practices of internet marketing,” said Steve Nickerson, president/CEO of HomeRoute.

“Our goal with the quiz is to help real estate agents assess their current skill set and get them thinking about how to reach the next level of online success.”

HomeRoute’s eMarketing Quiz has 24 questions testing real estate agents on everything from creating an effective personal website to closing business with online leads.

Once the quiz has been completed, real estate agents can review their results to better understand what skills they need to develop further. Although the quiz is meant to be a fun educational tool, if agents score high enough, they receive promotional tools to generate more business and web-exposure as “Certified eSavvy Real Estate Agents.”

Additionally, real estate agents can send the quiz to their colleagues as a challenge to beat their score.

“HomeRoute is in the business of helping good real estate agents become great,” Mr. Nickerson said. “We are now helping them reach the next level of internet marketing skills to keep up with how the internet is changing the way we all do business.”

Thank You, Judge Mattice And Chattanooga

I would like to thank Judge Mattice for handing down a 30.5 year sentence for Kathleen Mathews.  Obviously, no amount of jail time, fines, or lashings can bring back Tim Chapin.   A 30-year sentence will, however, make the world just a little safer.  That's what Sgt. Chapin would have wanted.  He was a protector and sacrificed his life so the rest of ... (click for more)
