The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office has charged two people in connection with the death of Isham Edward Perry at an apartment on Country Club Drive early Thursday morning.
Jeffrey Wayne Hendrix, 38, was released to the custody of Bradley County deputies after he made an initial appearance on a DUI charge Friday at the McMinn County Courthouse. Hendrix was brought to the Bradley County Jail and is charged with second-degree murder. He is being held without bond.
Mary Louise Rhodes, 25, who was with Hendrix when he was arrested, is also held at the Bradley County Jail. She is charged with accessory after the fact of second-degree murder and has a bond of $50,000.
Both suspects listed their residence as 320 Country Club Dr., Apt. 2.
