The Village At Greenway Now Selling Condo Units

Wednesday, February 14, 2007

The Village at Greenway is selling condominium units in the new development on Mountain Creek Road.

Officials said 76 units are being built on the 17.5-acre site. There are 52 units remaining to be sold.

The project began last April, and 24 units have been completed. Another 36 units are under construction.

Officials said The Village at Greenway "breaks the mold of traditional condominium living with its unique Cathedral Series styled homes. Residents receive all the benefits of modern condo living yet enjoy the peace and privacy that have, up until now, only been available with traditional home ownership. Priced in the $250,000 range, these sprawling ranch-style homes offer an unparalleled combination of comfort, convenience and community living with the added bonus of being located in one of America’s most pleasant small cities, Chattanooga."

The community is adjacent to a greenway, and 37 percent of the site itself is remaining in green space.

Officials said The Village at Greenway "achieves an enviable state of refinement by providing residents with a wealth of common amenities that complement and enhance their active lifestyles. The centerpiece is an oversized, 3,000-square-foot clubhouse that includes a state of the art fitness center, kitchen and game areas, and a lushly landscaped, heated swimming pool. Residents of The Village at Greenway receive the benefits of unique economies and enjoy a maintenance-free lifestyle thanks to the community’s condominium ownership structure. As just one example, a professional maintenance team keeps each home looking picture-perfect and appreciating in value by conducting minor repairs and painting as needed. Hardi-plank construction and solidly built 30-year roofs keep each and every home high and dry, season in and season out."

Harvest Active Adult Communities is a developer and builder of ranch condominiums for seniors in Georgia and Tennessee with a collective experience that spans more than 25 years. The developers have been involved in virtually every aspect of real estate financing, development, and ownership.

We Are Blessed To Have Ron Littlefield As Our Mayor - And Response (2)

Chattanooga is blessed beyond measure to have Ron Littlefield as our mayor.  It is a total travesty our city has had to endure the long frivolous battle with absolutely  no foundation other than disagreement with policy issues.  It has always been a vendetta directed personally at Mayor Littlefield which, if the "interveners" decide to appeal, will be a proven fact.   ...
