James Eugene Castleberry, Sr., 64, Old Fort, Tn., died Thursday, March 22, 2007, in a Cleveland hospital.

He was a 32nd degree Mason and a member of East Ridge Masonic Lodge #755 F&AM.

Mr. Castleberry was preceded in death by wives, Linda Frances Castleberry and Shirley Ann Castleberry, son, James Castleberry, Jr.

He is survived by Jerome Castleberry, Cleveland, William Castleberry, Old Fort, Tn.; daughters, Clara Castleberry, Georgetown, Tn., Linda Masengale, Harrison, Carla Dowdy, McDonald, and Chrystal Castleberry, LaFayette; stepchildren, Jim Lipham, Warren, Me., Richard Lipham, Ft. Payne, Al., Kim Wright, Marana, Arizona, Steve Phillips, Chickamauga, Gary Phillips and Butch Lipham, Ringgold, Gina Lipham, Ft. Oglethorpe, Mark Lipham, Jackson, Tn., and Sharon Pearce, Chattanooga; sister, Jean Annette Castleberry, Old Fort, Tn.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Dusty Caldwell officiating. Interment in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.
