Grand Opening Held For Community Pool At The Pinnacle

Wednesday, July 18, 2007

A grand opening was held for the community pool at The Pinnacle, a high rise overlooking downtown Chattanooga.

Amenities also include a mini-theatre/media room, coffee bar, fitness center and clubroom with large flat-screen television, on-site Wi-Fi access and large balconies for entertaining, officials said.

“Not only are these homes built with all the popular design features home buyers are looking for,” said Chad Brammer, vice president of Finance of Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors. “They are in an incomparable location near the restaurants, shopping and attractions that make Chattanooga the vibrant, thriving city that it is, all at a very affordable price. Many condominiums in this area are not offering the extensive amenities that The Pinnacle has. This makes The Pinnacle an ideal community with a great lifestyle, not just another high-rise.”

The one, two and three-bedroom condominiums are priced from $99,900 to $238,900.

Homeowners may choose from three home plans offered at The Pinnacle, which range in size from 720 to 1,475 square feet of living space.

All condominiums include such design features as four inch crown molding, designer wall paint and trim throughout, ceramic tile flooring in the kitchens and baths, new stainless steel appliances in the kitchens and ceramic tile flooring on the balconies, it was stated.

Homeowners may choose to include additional upgrades such as granite countertops in kitchens and baths and hardwood floors in the living rooms, dining rooms and hallways.

Homeowner’s Association fees range from $194 to $397 depending on the home plan chosen. This includes maintenance and access to all community amenities and also covers electricity, water and gas bills as one flat rate.

Buyers may receive an additional $2,500 bonus if financing through preferred lenders.

To visit The Pinnacle, travel I-24 West to downtown US 27 (Exit 178). Cross the river and exit at Whitehall. Turn right onto East Frontage Road. Turn right onto Stringers Ridge Road and The Pinnacle is located at 1131 Stringers Ridge Road.

Thank You, Judge Mattice And Chattanooga

I would like to thank Judge Mattice for handing down a 30.5 year sentence for Kathleen Mathews.  Obviously, no amount of jail time, fines, or lashings can bring back Tim Chapin.   A 30-year sentence will, however, make the world just a little safer.  That's what Sgt. Chapin would have wanted.  He was a protector and sacrificed his life so the rest of ... (click for more)
