Police said the Taco Bell on South Broad Street was robbed at gunpoint just after 11 p.m. on Thursday night.
Manager Tina Forshee said two black males with their faces covered came in a side door. One was armed with a silver handgun.
Employees were told to get on the floor and look away from the robbers. The manager was forced to get money out of the safe and the drive-through cash register by the robbers, who were both "very calm."
They left by the same door they came in. A silver newer-model sedan with a Mountain View drive-out tag was seen leaving the parking lot.
The robber with the gun was about six feet tall and slim. He had on a red mask and was wearing blue jean shorts.
The other robber was 5'6" and also thin and wearing blue jean shorts. His mask was either white or green. He had a blue and white backpack with him.

The manager of the Big River Grille on Broad Street complained that a man was approaching customers, saying he was sick, and attempting to throw up. Collin Woodcock said the man, Alburon Banks, refused to leave.
Police escorted Banks out of the restaurant, got him a taxi, and told him not to go back to Big River Grille.

Police said they stopped a gray Chevrolet Caprice on N. Holtzclaw because it did not have taillights.
They said Corey Wade was the driver and Kevin Joynes the passenger.
A K-9 was brought to the vehicle, and the dog hit on a black bag in the back seat. It was found to contain clear white plastic bags with 81.5 grams of marijuana.
Joynes said the marijuana was his for his personal use. He was charged with possession of marijuana.

A woman on Hancock Road said several juveniles were at her home and one wanted to fight her nine-year-old son.
She said one of the youngsters in her yard was saying he was armed with a .45.
