Michael Keith Hamilton died unexpectedly on Saturday, January 5, 2008 at his residence.

A 2004 graduate of Hamilton Heights he was a self-employed brick mason. Michael had attended Atlanta Christian College on a soccer scholarship. He was a baseball umpire with the Boynton Recreation Center. Michael attended Hickory Valley Community Church and City Church.

He is survived by his parents, Doug and Carolee Hamilton; brother, Blake Hamilton; grandparents, Patsy Jones, all of Ringgold, Dianne Fleming, Austell, Ga.; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday in the chapel with Rev. Ernie Reno officiating. Interment will follow in Anderson Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 519 E. 4th St., Chattanooga, Tn. 37403.

The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday at Heritage Funeral Home and Crematory, Battlefield Parkway.
