Several months ago, I read the records from the Illinois State Legislature regarding Sen. Obama's vote and statements about the Born-Alive Infant Protection Act.

I found that he had opposed a law virtually identical to a federal law already in place and supported by (of all people) Sen. Ted Kennedy.

I have also read transcripts and watched video footage of Sen. Obama stating that he opposed the legislation for several different reasons- one of which was that it did not contain the wording that the federal law contained. But, the National Right to Life has produced a document that shows at least one of the bills Sen. Obama opposed did in fact
contain the same "wording" as the federal bill.

Either Sen. Obama has forgotten the facts, or he is lying. I see no other option.

I would like to know two things:

1. Did Sen. Obama oppose this bill because he opposes any legislation backed by pro-life organizations?

2. Does Sen. Obama view any passage of such legislation as a defeat for the pro-abortion agenda?

I have a real problem with anyone who approves of vacuuming the brains out of a baby's head, which is what happens in partial birth abortion. Defined: "Under the Intact D&X method, the largest part of the fetus (the head) is reduced in diameter to allow vaginal passage. According to the American Medical Association, this procedure has four main elements.[8] First, the cervix is dilated. Second, the fetus is positioned for a footling breech. Third, the fetus is partially pulled out, starting with the feet, as far as the neck. Fourth, the brain and material inside the skull is evacuated, so that a dead but otherwise intact fetus can be delivered via the vagina."

And yet the far left prefer to complain about water boarding terrorists.

Does America really want a president who believes sucking the brains out of a baby's head is OK?

With that baggage on his shoulder, it's no wonder Barack Hussein Obama is having to outspend McCain 2 to 1 to live in the White House.

Abortion activists behave like career alchoholics; they have perfectly selective memories, they are violent and they are nothing if they cannot blame somebody else for their perceived problems. The stench of hypocrisy in the above dialogue is unbearable.

The notion that Barack Hussein Obama or anyone who votes for him "supports", "advocates", or is "pro" abortion is a nefarious lie for which you should apologize. No one is pro abortion. Every Democrat who supports a woman's right to choose is pegged as a "supporter" of abortion. This is disgusting and untrue. If you are convinced abortion is immoral, don't have one.
