Chattanooga native Randy Dover has joined Cornerstone Community Bank as a vice president and information technology officer.

Mr. Dover was valedictorian of his graduating class at the Electronic Computer Training College in Chattanooga, and brings 18 years experience and several industry certifications to his new position overseeing technical support of all computerized systems within Cornerstone Community Bank and its subsidiary, Eagle Financial, Inc.

He most recently worked in the IT Department of The Krystal Company for eight years. Mr. Dover was an Airborne Ranger for the United States Army from 1984 to1988. He and his wife have five children and reside in the East Brainerd area.

His interests include sports and spending time with his family.

Mark Phillips Was Victim In Fatal Hixson Pike Wreck

Mark Phillips, 54, was the victim in a fatal Hixson Pike wreck on Saturday afternoon. Police said the driver of the Ford F150 that went out of control and struck the Phillips vehicle was 68-year-old Warren Elliott.
