MBA Rolls Past McCallie, 35-16, In Division II Game

McCallie Plays At Ensworth Next Week In Playoffs

NASHVILLE – MBA took a 21-0 lead and rolled to a 35-16 victory over McCallie in a Division II high school football game Friday night.

McCallie ended the regular season at 6-4 and will play at Ensworth next week in the first round of the DII playoffs.

Spencer Wise threw for two touchdowns for MBA. Reggie Ford, Vent Shillingla and Patrick Crum ran for touchdowns for the winners.

Joey Skogen, who ran for 60 yards on 11 yards, scored on a 10-yard pass from Keenon Rush for McCallie.

Rico Henderson caught a 63-yard touchdown pass from Rush, who threw for 176 yards.

Patton Watkins kicked a 28-yard field goal for the Blue Tornado.

An Anhydrous Ammonia leak at BASF Corporation on Amnicola Highway is causing major traffic issues this morning. Woman Shot Up To 8 Times In East Chattanooga Murder

Chattanooga Police pfficers responded Monday night to 1907 Daisy St. in East Chattanooga on a report of a woman who had been shot.  When they arrived around 9 p.m., they found a female inside the business who had been shot 4-6 times. I would like to thank Judge Mattice for handing down a 30.5 year sentence for Kathleen Mathews.  Obviously, no amount of jail time, fines, or lashings can bring back Tim Chapin.   A 30-year sentence will, however, make the world just a little safer.  That's what Sgt.
