One of the city's tallest buildings is on the market.

David Barrueta Associates has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for the Chestnut Street Tower located in downtown Chattanooga at the intersection of 6th and Chestnut streets.

The 200,000-square-foot office project has an average floor plate of 11,500 square feet and its 17 floors have made it a significant part of the downtown skyline since 1979, Mr. Barrueta said.
