Chattanooga Heart Of The City Celebration Winners Named

Tuesday, June 10, 2008

The Concierge Level, LLC announced the Heart of the City celebration drawing winners. Paul Hall, senior loan officer for Superior Home Equity won the grand prize of a full-day of conference room or day-office use with TCL, LLC. Celebration attendees Carolyn Mitchell with The Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce, individual Cydee Carr-Bates and Brian Clarke with DHW Architects are each prize winners of one-hour of conference room or day-office use.

The HOC celebration was inaugurated in 2003 by a group of downtown businesses to help foster networking and increase exposure for business to business and people to people in the "heart" of downtown Chattanooga.

President Jelena Butler, of the 2007-2008 downtown chamber council and affiliate broker with Grubb & Ellis/Hudson says, "This year, the celebration was all about local businesses gathering together in a casual atmosphere to share ideas and practices to help us change both personally and professionally how we can be better stewards of our environmental resources. Return on Environment needs to have a place with our Return on Investments, now and in the future." Ms. Butler feels like this was one of the best celebrations ever. Celebrations like the HOC help business to focus on having a low impact on the environment with a high impact on interpersonal communication, officials said. Approximately 50 businesses and hundreds of people participated.
