Eleven Chattanooga-Area Players Chosen To TSWA All-State Baseball Team

Eleven Chattanooga-area players, including five in Division II, have been voted to the Tennessee Sports Writers Association All-State Baseball Team.

Included on the DII team were McCallie right-fielder James Campbell, Baylor center-fielder Dylan Craig, Baylor second-baseman Issac Edmonds, Baylor pitcher Tyler Massey and Baylor pitcher Chase Riemer.

In Class A, Lookout Valley shortstop Lance Rorex and Lookout Valley pitcher Brandon O’Dell were chosen to the team.

On the Class AA team were Notre Dame shortstop Sam Eberle, McMinn Central infielder Dylan Coleman and Marion County shortstop Justin Bell.

Bradley Central catcher Ryan Casteel was chosen to the Class AAA team.

I would like to thank Judge Mattice for handing down a 30.5 year sentence for Kathleen Mathews.  Obviously, no amount of jail time, fines, or lashings can bring back Tim Chapin.   A 30-year sentence will, however, make the world just a little safer.  That's what Sgt.
