Ringo Starr (born Richard Starkey), drummer for The Beatles, has just turned 68.
Ringo was the last of the 'fab four' to join the group replacing original drummer Pete Best shortly before the group became world famous. Despite serious health problems as a child including spending a total of two years in the hospital, Ringo along with Paul McCartney are the two surviving Beatles.
Ringo is still recording new music and currently has a new CD titled 'Liverpool 8.' Information can be found at ringostarr.com.
