Derek Lynn Belk, 39, of Ringgold, Ga., died on Wednesday, September 10, 2008.

He was of the Pentecostal faith and was manager of CAD Express Trucking Company.

Survivors include two children, Dalton Belk and Alexandra Belk, both of Fort Oglethorpe; mother, Delores Belk of Ringgold; father, Steve Belk of Chattanooga; one brother, Garth Belk and two nephews, Ryan Belk and Grant Belk.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist with the Rev. C.L. Harbin officiating.

There will be no visitation.
