Southern Adventist University’s School of Visual Art and Design is hosting “The Two Image Makers,” a gallery art show displaying the work of Brian Dunne, opening on Jan. 19 at 6:30 p.m.
Brian Dunne is an assistant professor at Southern’s School of Visual Art and Design. His art show will consist of photography, mixed media, and multimedia pieces all focused on Christ’s redemption and lessons that can be learned through nature.
“The theme is that man is like a canvas upon which one of two images will be rendered,” said Mr. Dunne, “God’s or the fallen cherub’s.”
The gallery opening will begin with an art lecture in Ackerman Auditorium and continue in the Brock Hall art gallery.
“The Two Image Makers” will remain open until March 6. Gallery business hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
