Collegedale Community Church Presents "How To Believe Again" Series

Dr. Smuts Van Rooyen will be presenting a series to address some of life’s toughest questions regarding faith, doubt and the existence of God. “How To Believe Again” will be presented in three parts at Collegedale Community Church, located at 4995 Swinyar Drive.

Part 1: Nov. 6 at 7 p.m.

Part 2: Nov. 7 at 8:30 a.m., 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

Part 3: Nov. 7 at 7 p.m.

Refreshments will be served. These presentations are free and open to the public. The presentations will also be available live on the website or via download.

Brainerd Baptist Hosts Mission Meeting, Flag Football Game And Chili Cook-Off

Election Commission To Bill City For Its Attorney Fees In Recall Case

The Election Commission voted Wednesday to send the city of Chattanooga a bill for its expenses in the Mayor Ron Littlefield recall case. Chairman Mike Walden said, "They've known about the problem (with the city charter's recall provision) for six years and they've done nothing about it. Comcast Employee Seriously Injured On Brown's Ferry Road When Hit By A Car Tuesday

A Comcast employee, Adrian Lewisson, 47, was directing traffic on Tuesday, when he was struck by a car driven by Justina Mays, 47. Chattanooga Police Officers responded to the scene at 500 Browns Ferry Road, at 1:50 p.m. Mr. Lewisson sustained serious injuries and was taken to Erlanger Hospital for treatment, where he is listed in critical condition.
