Blue Plate Adds Catering Menu

Thursday, October 22, 2009

The Blue Plate has announced the launch of a new catering menu to serve homes and businesses.

Owner Rob Gentry said, "As always, every dish is a fresh-from-scratch speciality, using ingredients that support local farms and suppliers. The wholesome, contemporary comfort party food starts with appetizers like the popular Country Ham Sliders and Fried Green Tomatoes to whet guests' appetites.

"The menu ranges to favorite items from the restaurant's famous all-day breakfast menu, dinners and sides and dessert pies.

"It's the best time of year to host a party, and the perfect party food comes from the Blue Plate. Now you can have the same great dishes we serve in the restaurant, for parties at home or the office. We make it fresh, we make it delicious, and we make it simple - and can even design a custom menu for any occasion. We take care of the food, so you can enjoy your party."

The Blue Plate is located by the Chattanooga Green across from the Tennessee Aquarium at the waterfront.

Chapin would have wanted.  He was a protector and sacrificed his life so the rest of ... (click for more)
