BGA Rallies Past McCallie, 17-7, Behind Moore's Touchdowns

FRANKLIN, Tenn. -- Michael Moore scored on 8- and 1-yard runs on Friday night and Battle Ground Academy defeated McCallie, 17-7, in a Division II high school football game.

McCallie, which led 7-0 in the first quarter, dropped to 4-4 and 1-4, while BGA improved to 4-4 and 2-3.

McCallie took a 7-0 lead in the first quarter on a 2-yard run by Jarrod Coleman and an extra-point kick by Hudson Brock.

Gilmore Connors kicked a 27-yard field goal in the first quarter for BGA, then Moore scored in the second and third quarters.

Daniel McClure had 15 carries for 126 yards for McCallie.
