A $16 million project luxury apartment community will be built in Cleveland by a Murfreesboro developer.
The Retreat at Spring Creek will feature 199 units on 25th Street/APD 40.
TDK Construction officials said it will be a gated community with one, two and three-bedroom luxury units.
It is on 13 acres next to Spring Creek, Cleveland’s first mixed-use lifestyle neighborhood being built on 64 acres.
The 210,000-square-foot apartment complex is set to open
next year.
There will be eight three-story apartment buildings and six carriage-unit buildings with garages.
It will include a clubhouse, business resource center, resort style swimming pool, game room/lounge/outdoor cabana with cooking station, fitness area, car wash, sand volleyball court, picnic areas, remote access garages, storage units, and 24-hour emergency maintenance.
It will connect to the nearby greenway trail.
Officials said the “exquisitely designed apartment community will offer the advantages of a gated neighborhood with the exclusive amenities one might expect from a resort.”
