A woman facing federal charges for running a gambling establishment at Shelbyville has been placed on probation for two years.
Christina Tucker appeared before Federal Judge Sandy Mattice in Chattanooga.
She had faced up to five years in prison.
Authorities said a gambling business run by Chad and Christina Tucker was raided on Aug. 12, 2008. Agents found 26 gamblers involved in poker games.
There were four dealers present in addition to the Tuckers.
Authorities said the operation had begun in 2007 with the Tuckers, five card dealers and two security personnel involved.
