I certainly hope every one feels as happy as I now do regarding Tennessee Vols coach Lane Kiffin.
He just went up several notches in my book. It is about time the football players pay for getting themselves in trouble with the law.
I salute you Coach Kiffin for kicking Richardson and Edwards off the team. Keep up the good work.

I am a long time die hard Tennessee fan. Some might even say a rabid, irrational, fanatic Tennessee fan. However, I will not be getting in line to pat Kiffin on the back for booting Richardson and Edwards from the team. They pulled a gun, real or not, on a group of people and demanded they give them “everything you got.” They do not deserve to be on the team, and I doubt anyone can make a rational argument other otherwise.
I am excited about the new Kiffin regime, but Kiffin is going to be held to a higher standard than most because he’s made himself a target. He better keep his program as clean as possible. And that means making tough decisions like multiple game suspensions for shoplifting and DUIs. The next couple of years are going to be exciting if the program can stay away from negative headlines.
