For the past two years, the Chattanooga History Center’s Downtown Lights program has given Chattanoogans an opportunity to share, not only their memories of the lights which brightened the city’s streets and stores through past seasons, but all kinds of holiday memories.
This year there will be a walk on the Riverfront, taking in the different holiday lights of the 2009 season, and, throughout 9th Nicely tour, Ross’ Landing, talking about the history of the area. The tour will at 212 Market Restaurant for dessert, coffee or cider.
Participants will meet at the pier at Ross’ Landing at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 8. The fee is $12 per person, and it includes dessert and coffee or cider. For more information, or to register, call 265-3247, extension 10.
