McKinney Named Director Of Finance At Access America Transport

W. Dean McKinney has been hired as the director of finance at Access America Transport, announced Barry Large, chief financial officer.

Mr. McKinney is a former business owner that specialized in providing financial and operational business solutions for clients. Prior to that, he was a principal with Pershing Yoakley & Associates and an Audit Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick.

Mr. McKinney is a graduate of Lee University with a B.S. in Accounting and a Certified Public Accountant with memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

His background as a CPA includes over 17 years of experience in the public sector, as well as five years in the private sector providing consulting strategies in the corporate environment.

Mr. Large said, “Dean will bring a wealth of diverse experience in a variety of accounting and consulting applications and his expertise will solidify our accounting oversight and provide expanded capacity to our related companies.”

Mr. McKinney and his wife Cindy and their two children reside in Ooltewah. They are members of Silverdale Baptist Church.

Man Tells Police He Just Murdered His Wife

Thank You, Judge Mattice And Chattanooga

I would like to thank Judge Mattice for handing down a 30.5 year sentence for Kathleen Mathews.  Obviously, no amount of jail time, fines, or lashings can bring back Tim Chapin.   A 30-year sentence will, however, make the world just a little safer.  That's what Sgt.
