Bradley County Sheriff’s deputies have picked up Clarence “Man-Man”
Burton on warrants issued by Chattanooga Police Major Crimes
detectives.
Burton was taken into custody at the Applegate Inn in Cleveland after a vehicle he had been driving was spotted behind the building.
Burton is now in the custody of Chattanooga Police and was interviewed by detectives. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail and booked on warrants for attempted first-degree murder, aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and felony reckless endangerment stemming from a shooting that occurred on Nov. 18, 2009 at 1917 Foust St.
Burton also has drug charges pending in Bradley County after today’s arrest.
