Precepts Women's Conference Set For April 16-18

Celebrate 40 Years Of Ministry With Kay Arthur

Learn to understand God’s purpose for life and how to live a life of clear direction with true meaning at Precept Ministries’ 2010 Spring Women’s Conference. This conference, will celebrate Precept’s 40th Anniversary. It will be a celebration of God’s Word and God’s Son who has called us according to His purposes, officials said.

Women will spend the weekend in an intimate setting with Kay, Precept’s teaching staff and other women searching for the same answers. The conference will be held April 16-18 at the ministry’s headquarters in Chattanooga, located at 7324 Noah Reid Road.

The weekend will include fellowship, inductive Bible study, prayer and laughter. Each woman will walk away having learned how to "discover truth for yourself and apply that truth as a guide in living a life that pleases our Holy God," officials said.

Kingdom Harvest Hosts "Save Our Seed Impact Summit" Feb. 25

Mother Of Man Charged With Killing Sgt. Chapin Given Prison Sentence Of 30 Years, 6 Months

The mother of the man charged with killing Chattanooga Police Sgt. Michael Lamar Johnston Must Wait Almost Two More Months Before Learning Sentence

Sentencing for former Hamilton County paramedic Michael Lamar Johnston, who pleaded guilty in November to fondling a woman as his ambulance took her to a hospital, has been delayed until April 2.   He was scheduled to learn today whether he would be placed on probation or given diversion but, at the request of both prosecution and defense attorneys, the hearing was passed. ...
