Mary Fort Roberts, 78, of Chattanooga, died on Friday, November 6, 2009 at her home.

Mrs. Roberts was a 1949 graduate of Girl's Preparatory School and a 1951 graduate of Marjorie Webster College. She had served on the Board of Bright School and GPS and had been a member of the Junior League. She was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Telford Freeman Sr., brother, John Telford Freeman Jr.; and husband, John Stewart Roberts Jr.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Telford Williams and husband Hyram; Katherine Roberts Burger and husband Rig; Janet Hartman and husband Ricky; five grandchildren, Isaac, Jackson, and Lucas Williams, Julia and Stewart Hartman.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday at St. Paul's Episcopal Church with The Reverend and Honorable Samuel H. Payne, The Reverend Suzanne M. Smitherman, The Reverend Donald A. Fishburne D. Min., and The Reverend John H. Bonner III officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 9, at the church.

Waldo Oran Kinser, 58, of Chatsworth, Ga., died Sunday, February 12, 2012 at his residence. Waldo was born May 12, 1953 in Ellijay, Ga., a son of the late Wilbur Oran and Texxie Dotson Kinser; and was also preceded in death by a brother, Johnny Kinser; and sister, Debbie Kinser.
