Stephen Gaylor Beasley, 63, of Cleveland, died on Thursday, Nov. 5, 2009 in a local hospital.
Mr. Beasley was the son of the late Louise Satterfield Beasley and Ray Beasley; and was also preceded in death by his son, Daniel Beasley.
Mr. Beasley was a devoted truck driver for Shaw Industries for the past 23 years. He also was employed with Vac All-Grad All in Michigan with 20 years of service. Mr. Beasley was a proud, decorated Vietnam Veteran and was a member of the Cleveland V. F. W., Post 2598.
Survivors include his daughters, Dawn Drouillard and her husband John, and Sandra Suisse all of Algonac, Mich.; his grandchildren, Danielle and Steven Suisse of Algonac; his brother, Joe Beasley and his wife Kay of Detroit, Mich.; his niece, Susan Beasley; his nephew, Joey Beasley; his dear friends, Austin Shadden and Tommy Raines; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and other friends.
The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted Sunday, Nov. 8, at 11 a.m. from the North Ocoee Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Chaplain Gary Chapman officiating. Graveside services and Interment will be conducted Monday, Nov. 9, at 12 p.m. from the Ironsburg Cemetery in Ironsburg, Tn. with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
