Philip Bryan Mitchell, 78, of Rossville, died on Monday, November 30, 2009 at a local hospital.

Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 3, at Chattanooga National Cemetery with full military honors and Rev. Jim Bennett officiating.
