Hamilton County is suing a couple on grounds that they have not fenced their swimming pool.
Dan Wade, county building commissioner, is suing Chuck and Amy Lynn in Chancery Court.
The suit says since the pool is not enclosed, that the couple is out of compliance with zoning regulations.
They live at 50 Camille Court.
The couple could be sued up to $49.99 for every day they are out of compliance, according to the complaint filed by Assistant County Attorney David Norton.
