Bill Brown
Mr. Bill E. Brown, 73, of Hiawassee, Ga., died in the early morning hours of May 3, 2009 in Hiawassee following an extended illness.
Bill was born August 8, 1935 to the late Jack W. Brown and the late Jennie Lee Brown, both of Chattanooga. He attended East Chattanooga Baptist Church and later McConnell Baptist Church in Hiawassee, Ga.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Jack L. Brown.
Survivors include his wife, Dorma R. Brown and daughter, Deb Collins and husband, Russ, both of Hiawassee; one brother, Dan. W. Brown of Ooltewah, Tn.; two nephews, Michael Brown of Valdosta, Ga., and Daryl Brown of Atlanta, Ga.
Pallbearers will be Terry Crumbliss, Frank Johnson, Jerry Hendricks, Michael Brown, Rob Crumbliss and Daryl Brown.
Visitation for family and friends will be on Tuesday, from 4-8 p.m. at the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist.
Graveside services will be held at Greenwood Cemetery on Wednesday, at 11 a.m.
Chattanooga Funeral Home, Valley View Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
