Ooltewah's Jacques Smith, who has already committed to Tennessee, has been chosen one of the Tennessee Elite Prospects by Football Time in Tennessee magazine.
Smith was the only Chattanooga-area player on the list.
The annual magazine also published a list of Chattanooga and tri-state area players who are considered among the top talent in Tennessee
