Elizabeth F. White Stone, 92, of Chattanooga, died on June 7, 2009.

She was born to the late Mr. Henry White and Mrs. Essie White.

She was a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Curtis Stone Sr.; son, Richard (R.C.) Curtis Stone, Jr.; grandson, Kelly Stone.

Survivors include her three sisters, Lorene Hanes of Lookout Mtn., Tn.; Evelyn Gaither of Soddy Daisy, Tn., and Alene Howell of Cleveland, Tn.; many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10, at the North Chapel with Pastor Fred Fuller officiating. Interment will be in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends for visitation from 4-6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.

Mark Phillips Was Victim In Fatal Hixson Pike Wreck

Mark Phillips, 54, was the victim in a fatal Hixson Pike wreck on Saturday afternoon. Police said the driver of the Ford F150 that went out of control and struck the Phillips vehicle was 68-year-old Warren Elliott.
