James Ray Hamilton, 56, died on Sunday, June 28, 2009.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Leroy and Betty Sue Hamilton; brother, Ronald Edward Hamilton; and nephew, Kevin Christopher Hunter.

He is survived by his mother, Shirley J. Hamilton, of LaFayette; wife, Sandy Kelley Hamilton, of Rossville; daughters, Amber and husband, Michael Turnipseed, of Chattanooga, Debroh Kelley, of Ringgold; sons, Cody and wife, Felicia Hamilton, of Soddy Daisy, Josh and wife, Saffron Hamilton, of Shelbyville, Tn., Bubba Kelley, J.K. Kelley, Christopher Kelley and Stephen Kelley, all of Rossville; brothers, Marty and wife, Claire Hamilton, of Chattanooga, Randall and wife, Fran Hamilton, Anthony Hood, all of LaFayette; 14 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 2, at the Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Tim Turnipseed.

Pallbearers will be Chase Hamilton, Adam Hood, J.K. Kelley, Bubba Kelley, Christopher Kelley and Stephen Kelley.
Interment will be in LaFayette Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Waldo Oran Kinser, 58, of Chatsworth, Ga., died Sunday, February 12, 2012 at his residence. Waldo was born May 12, 1953 in Ellijay, Ga., a son of the late Wilbur Oran and Texxie Dotson Kinser; and was also preceded in death by a brother, Johnny Kinser; and sister, Debbie Kinser. An Chattanooga man told police Monday night that he had just murdered his wife.  Police said Robert Hardnett showed up at the County Jail to turn himself in.
