Bagby, Penny Lee Bishop (Rocky Face)

Penny Lee Bishop Bagby, 50, of Rocky Face, died on Tuesday, June 30, 2009.

She was the daughter of the late C.L. and Lolene Byers Bishop; and was preceded in death by her son, Christopher ;and father-in-law, Bob Bagby.

Penny is survived by her husband, David Bagby of Rocky Face; sister, Deborah Welch of Rocky Face; son and daughter-in-law, Shea and Sarah Welch of Rocky Face; daughter, Terah Welch of Dalton; grandchild, Andrew Welch of Rocky Face; and mother-in-law, Hattie Bagby Morse of Varnell.

Services will be Friday, July 3, at 1 p.m. at North Whitfield Baptist Church with the Rev. Lillard Stringer officiating. Burial will follow in United Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Thursday, July 2, after 5 p.m.
