Russell P. Elliott has been elected Eastern Tennessee SIOR Chapter President of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.

The association, known as SIOR, is one of the most prestigious organizations in commercial real estate. Its membership is composed of more than 3,000 members in 25 countries who have met a series of strict professional criteria demanded by SIOR.

Mr. Elliott is a leasing and sales agent with Luken Holdings Inc. and has been active in local real estate for more than 25 years.

Headquartered in Washington, D.C., the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors is a global professional organization that certifies commercial real estate brokers with the exclusive SIOR designation.

$750,000 Settlement Reached In Case In Which Bicyclist Was Hit By Tahoe

A $750,000 settlement has been reached in Hamilton County Circuit Court in a case in which a bicyclist was struck by a Chevrolet Tahoe and seriously injured.
