Bluewater Grille, a brand under the Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant Group, Inc. umbrella, has rolled out a new menu showcasing fresh, made from scratch items. Bluewater is introducing two new items to their menu. Their menu will now feature lobster and jumbo lump crab cakes and garlic fries.

Corporate Executive Chef Bill Heckler said, "These new items exemplify our commitment to using the freshest ingredients in a made from scratch menu. This is part of our ongoing commitment to provide top quality products with interesting taste profiles. A perfect example of this commitment is our new Lobster and Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes. We take premium jumbo lump crabmeat, combine with lobster and prepare in a traditional Maryland style - they're fantastic."

For decades a popular favorite at the Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant brand, garlic fries are now available in the Chattanooga market at Bluewater Grille.

Chef Heckler has included two new flavors for this new menu which include lobster and jumbo lump crab cakes, prepared Maryland-style and served with house-made tartar and mustard sauces, jasmine rice and vegetables.

The menu also includes garlic fries, lightly tossed in freshly chopped parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Thoughts On The Mathews Sentencing

It is not by coincidence I haven’t submitted an opinion piece in some time to the Chattanoogan.  The topics I cover are generally vitriolic in regards to local political decisions and their makers regarding public safety and I do not wish to associate my name with more noble subjects such as that of the heroic death and cowardly murder of Chattanooga Police Sergeant Tim Chapin, ... Thank You, Judge Mattice And Chattanooga

I would like to thank Judge Mattice for handing down a 30.5 year sentence for Kathleen Mathews.  Obviously, no amount of jail time, fines, or lashings can bring back Tim Chapin.   A 30-year sentence will, however, make the world just a little safer.  That's what Sgt. Chapin would have wanted.  He was a protector and sacrificed his life so the rest of ... (click for more)
