Catoosa Gala Set For Feb. 6

The Catoosa County Chamber of Commerce will sponsor the 24th Annual Catoosa County Gala, “The Silver Lining”, on Feb. 6, at the Colonnade Civic Center.

The annual black-tie optional Gala is one of the Chambers’ largest fundraising events of the year.

The event, chaired this year by Caroline Lorenzo with Northwest Georgia Bank, is expected to bring together many business owners and Chamber members from the Catoosa County area.

Cost is $65 each for Chamber members and $130 each for non-members.

The reception begins at 6:30 p.m. and dinner at 7 p.m. Entertainment will be provided by Moon Dance, an ensemble of entertainers singing hits to the styles of swing to disco and all points in between.

Awards will be given for Small, Medium, and Large Business of the Year. These recipients must be Chamber members. An award will also be given for Catoosa County Citizen of the Year. The recipient does not have to be a Chamber member, but a resident of Catoosa County.

Mother Of Man Charged With Killing Sgt. Chapin Given Prison Sentence Of 30 Years, 6 Months

The mother of the man charged with killing Chattanooga Police Sgt. Michael Lamar Johnston Must Wait Almost Two More Months Before Learning Sentence
