15 Arrested In Prostitution Sting

Personnel from the Chattanooga Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit conducted a sting targeting Internet-based prostitution last Wednesday and Thursday.

The following individuals were arrested and/or cited to court.

Prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school:

1) Amber Gaston, 27
2) Jessica Holiday, 24
3) Lolita Lawrence, 43

Prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school and possession of marijuana

1) Jade Perkins, 24

Prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school and promoting prostitution

1) Angel Montigny, 22


Promoting prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school

2) Mark Farmer, 49

Patronizing prostitution within 1.5 miles of a school

Man, 51, Shot And Killed By Cleveland Police Officers

A 51-year-old man was shot and killed by Cleveland Police officers just before noon Tuesday. Police said Robert Edwin Eaves was a registered sex offender who had abducted a 28-year-old woman and taken her to an address on Phillips Street, where the shooting occurred.
