Patricia Elaine Mays Smith, of Red Bank, died on Tuesday, November 30, 2010.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Florine Higgins; father, Joe Mays; and one brother, J. D. Mays.

Survivors include her sons, Eric Smith, E.J. Smith and Austin Smith; brothers, David Mays, Bill McKinney and Gary Mays; sister, Lynn Posey; partner in crime, Caro; her animals, Bella and Emma; and several nieces and nephews.

She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. She had a good heart, always willing to help anyone and always the life of a party. Also, we would like to say thank you to Hospice of Chattanooga for taking such good care of our sister and friend.

No services will be held.

Arrangements are by Lane Funeral Home, 601 Ashland Terrace.
