Crye-Leike has welcomed Realtor Neil Hale to their East Brainerd office. He is a licensed Affiliate Broker in Tennessee and Georgia assisting buyers and sellers primarily in and around Hamilton County and Catoosa County. He specializes in all types of residential and commercial real estate sales. Mr. Hale is a member of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors (CAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR).

“Being in real estate and helping people buy and sell homes is a dream come true, even in these rough economic times,” said Mr. Hale. “With the tax credits and current interest rates there has not been a finer time to purchase a home or real estate in the past few years.”

He said, “Working in our family owned carpet and flooring business, Sun Mills Outlet in Ringgold Georgia, has put me in contact with various clients who I have assisted in getting their homes ready to sell. As a result of this I have been encouraged to enter the field of real estate sales. I firmly believe with my background I can be a great advisor to anyone buying or selling a home.”

Mr. Hale brings more than 16 years of sales and service experience with him from his family’s carpet and flooring operation in Ringgold.

“My decision to join Crye-Leike was based upon the company’s aggressive marketing approach throughout the Midsouth,” said Mr. Hale. “Crye-Leike has many satisfied homeowners, buyers and sellers who turn to the company’s associates time and time again to assist them in real estate transactions.”

Mr. Hale continues to work with clients at his family’s Sun Mills Carpet & Flooring Outlet, located at 923 Industrial Blvd., in Ringgold Georgia.

Thoughts On The Mathews Sentencing

It is not by coincidence I haven’t submitted an opinion piece in some time to the Chattanoogan.  The topics I cover are generally vitriolic in regards to local political decisions and their makers regarding public safety and I do not wish to associate my name with more noble subjects such as that of the heroic death and cowardly murder of Chattanooga Police Sergeant Tim Chapin, ...
