CSS To Broadcast 4 Braves Spring Training Games Live

CSS has announced that it will carry four Atlanta Braves spring training games in March for viewers in Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee and South Carolina.

All games will air live from Florida and certain afternoon games are also set to replay during primetime. Comcast Chattanooga will air these games on Comcast Cable Channel 27.

In addition to the live Braves spring training games, SportsNite will cover the bases on the MLB preseason. Starting in March and leading up to MLB opening day, the flagship show of CSS will feature the Atlanta Braves, Florida Marlins, and Tampa Bay Rays.

The Emmy Award-winning show airs Monday through Friday at 6 and 11 p.m. ET.

Mark Phillips Was Victim In Fatal Hixson Pike Wreck

Mark Phillips, 54, was the victim in a fatal Hixson Pike wreck on Saturday afternoon. Police said the driver of the Ford F150 that went out of control and struck the Phillips vehicle was 68-year-old Warren Elliott.
